American rapper and producer Ja Rule has arrived in Ghana to break ground for the construction of a school block.

The rapper arrived in Ghana alongside with his wife and team on Tuesday, April 9, 2024.

Ja Rule’s visit to Ghana is marked by a dual purpose: to kickstart the construction of a classroom block at the Nuaso Anglican Primary School, and to pay homage to Ghana’s rich history.

Teaming up with an esteemed non-profit organization Pencils of Promise, Ja Rule aims to bolster educational infrastructure and opportunities for young learners in the region.

Pencils of Promise is a renowned US non-profit organization known for its efforts in constructing schools and enhancing educational opportunities worldwide.

Despite the main purpose of his visit being to break ground for constructing a classroom block, Ja Rule took time to visit the historic Kwame Nkrumah Memorial Park & Mausoleum in Accra.

This came when the rapper revealed plans to visit the West African country in a tweet on X.
