Riding on consultations led by the Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Safianu Zakaria, and engaging with various stakeholders, Real Tamale United (RTU) announces a fresh Interim Management Committee to steer the club for the remainder of the season, effective immediately.
This came after the entire board was dissolved over alleged mismanagement. RTU are bottom of the Ghana Premier League table after 20 games, they have won five and lost 12 games.
The newly appointed executives are:
1. Mr. Safianu Zakaria
2. Alhaji Ahmed Abdul-Rahim
3. Mr. Mu-azz. Abdulai Choo
4. Mr. Micheal Mensah Omane
5. Alhaji Alhassan Yakin
6. Mr. Freddie Kweku Etsiakoh
The acting Board Secretary, Arc. Jawhari Baba-Duah, will provide administrative support to the IMC.
Additionally, the following officers will assist in various capacities:
1. Mr. Abubakari Mohammed Kayaba
2. Mr. Nurudeen Sham-Una
3. Mr. Habib Abdulai Dinnani
4. Mr. Fuseini Haruna Andani
Their roles span media/digital, scouting, licensing, and supporters’ liaison.
