This sudden turn of events has led to a drastic upheaval in their lives, causing immense distress as their livelihoods and homes have been disrupted. Nevertheless, NYA commends their unwavering resilience and fortitude during these trying times.

The youth, as the cornerstone of our nation, hold paramount importance in our hearts. To this end, NYA is wholeheartedly dedicated to supporting and aiding in the recovery and reconstruction efforts of these young citizens.

The Authority is actively mobilizing resources and logistics to contribute to this cause. In addition, volunteers from the recently launched National Youth Volunteers Programme (NYVP), under the auspices of His Excellency the Vice President, Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, will be dispatched to provide essential assistance in critical areas.

NYA encourages individuals, organizations, and the wider community to unite and lend a helping hand in ensuring that the youth affected by this adversity receive the necessary resources to rebuild their homes and businesses.

In this time of hardship, NYA firmly stands in solidarity with the youth and their families, reaffirming its commitment to their well-being and aspirations.
