The United States Embassy in Accra, Ghana, has moved to a new visa services on August 26, 2024. Access to the old services ended on August 16, 2024.

“Important Update: The U.S. Embassy in Accra moved to a new visa services provider on August 26, 2024. Access to the old visa service provider’s website and services ended on August 16, 2024.
All current nonimmigrant visa interview appointments remain valid.
Beginning August 26, please use this link to the new visa service provider’s website to create a new user account. All applicants will need to create an account to update their DHL delivery preferences. You will also need to create a new account to review your account information, make changes, submit requests, or to contact customer service. Applicants must resubmit requests for expedited appointments if they did not receive a response by August 16.
If you have paid the visa application fee but have not scheduled an interview: You will be able to schedule your appointment using the new visa service provider’s website, pending availability.
The purpose of your intended travel and other facts will determine what type of visa is required under U.S. immigration law. As a visa applicant, you will need to establish that you meet all requirements to receive the category of visa for which you are applying.
