Somnia Osbrain Foundation (SOF), a Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) based in the Ho West Constituency of the Volta region, has signed an official partnership with GlobalGiving, the first and largest worldwide fundraising community for nonprofits, donors, and companies.

SOF announced that it is now an official nonprofit partner of GlobalGiving on Sunday, the 1st of September 2024, after completing its Pathway program and undergoing an extensive vetting process.

The partnership will enable Somnia Osbrain Foundation to expand its reach and impact by providing more resources and opportunities for teenage mothers and marginalized communities, including vocational training, education, and essential support services.

Speaking concerning the partnership, the CEO, Victoria Vrana, said, “I am excited to see how our partnership evolves, and I am honored to be part of their journey to make the world a better place.”

Each year, thousands of organizations from around the world apply to become official partners of GlobalGiving by completing the Pathway program, a community learning experience designed by existing GlobalGiving nonprofit partners to help organizations get fundraising ready.
