The Krontihene of Akuapem, Osahene Boafo Ansah III breaks ground, giving five acres of land for the building of an ultramodern branch of Virginia state university in Akropong.

The Senior Divisional Chief who heads five divisions in Akuapem including his division has his priorities rightly set for the education of his people thus this bold initiative with the President of Virginia state university -Dr. Makola M. Abdullah in collaboration with the Presbyterian College Of Education.

Rev. Dr. Nicholas Apreh Siaw, the Principal of Presbyterian College Of Education said in an interview with Abubakar Saddick Bajaku, a freelance Journalist for Ghana news guide that the students of Presbyterian College Of Education were deeply excited about such an opportunity and collaboration.
