Who is Dr. Charles Amoah-Wilson?
Dr. Charles Amoah-Wilson’s journey to becoming the Director of Human Resources at the NCA has been shaped by his extensive experience in various sectors. His dedication to the field of HRM began early in his career and has been nurtured through People Management roles in Manufacturing, Media, Education, and Banking. His membership with the Chartered Institute of Human Resource Management Practitioners since 1997 reflects his long-standing commitment to the profession.
The motivation for Dr. Amoah-Wilson’s career in Human Resources lies in his belief in the power of effective people management as a catalyst for development. He sees this as a key driver for enabling Ghana to play an active role in the information and communications technology evolution.
