A young man was apprehended by prison authorities at Nsawam Prison after attempting to deliver weed in a rather unconventional manner.
What initially appeared to be a friendly gesture took a dark turn when the crate of eggs he brought for his incarcerated friend was discovered to contain a hidden stash of marijuana.
The suspect, identified as [Man’s Name], had come to visit his friend who was serving time at Nsawam Prison. Prison security officers, during routine checks on incoming items, grew suspicious of the crate of eggs that seemed heavier than usual. Upon closer inspection, they discovered carefully concealed packets of weed within the eggshells.
Both the incarcerated friend and [Man’s Name] now face legal consequences. The authorities are investigating whether there was any prior knowledge or involvement of other individuals in this smuggling attempt.
