Francis Xavier Sosu, the Member of Parliament representing Madina, has called upon the younger generation to hold onto their belief in former president John Dramani Mahama as the driving force for transforming Ghana’s economic challenges.
In his address, Sosu emphasized the importance of youth empowerment and their proactive involvement in shaping the nation’s trajectory alongside the National Democratic Congress.
Sosu, a prominent lawmaker, urged the youth to reorganize themselves as agents of change, actively participating in shaping the vision of a revitalized Ghana advocated by former president John Dramani Mahama in the lead-up to the 2024 elections.
During the observance of this year’s World Youth Day, themed ‘Green Skills for Youth: Towards a Sustainable World,’ the legislator stressed the significance of maintaining a positive outlook on Mahama’s leadership.
These remarks were made on the sidelines of the International Youth Day celebrations at the Adjitinganor Astro Turf. The event featured a friendly tournament between the youth from Sosu’s constituency, comprising the “Sosu Eleven,” and their counterparts from the “Mahama Eleven.”
