In an address at the AfriGirl Conference 2023, the CEO of Vodafone Ghana encouraged young women to tap into their inner strength and take charge of their destinies.
The conference, aligned with the celebration of the International Day of the Girl Child, underscored the significance of harnessing their potential to mold the future they aspire to create.
“Young women possess emotional intelligence which allows them to understand and pursue their aspirations”.
She also urged them to stand their ground and not be swayed by negativity or toxic relationships.
The AfriGirl Conference 2023, dedicated to the well-being of the girl child, featured a panel discussion with esteemed guests and workshops led by notable figures such as Alysia Dempsey, the Founder of Inspires; Prince Ziwu of Lime and Honey; Ohemaa Adjei Andoh, Founder of PM Stream Education Center; Vidette Adjorlolo, Founder of Sorted Chale; Lesley Jonas-Nartey, and Edward Asare.
The conference aimed to equip young women with skills, self-awareness, and the ability to unleash their full potential.
