Age comes with wisdom, and as Ghanaian actress and TV Personality, Nana Ama McBrown has grown older, she’s regretting some mistakes she made in the past.

In a recent video shared by Blogger Bobby Kyei, the actress shared a piece of advice to her fans, detailing why it is important to make life choices that will not affect them when they’re older and find themselves in the spotlight.

According to Nana Ama McBrown, if she had known she’d become a big star someday, she would not have found herself dating certain people or making friends with some people.

“On my way here I was thinking about something, I asked myself, as human beings what do we want in this life? she asked.

She continued; “When we were young, we made some choices in life due to hardships; we made some friends that affected our lives. If I knew God would elevate me to this level, I wouldn’t have done certain things. I wouldn’t have done a lot of things or even dated certain people or made certain friends.”

The award-winning actress further advised the youth to do due diligence before making certain life choices.

“What I will tell people is that when we are young and plagued with poverty, it drives us to do certain things or make certain choices. If you find someone who gives you the best advice, listen to them. If you don’t, remember the family you are coming from and move accordingly.

Be careful what you do now because you don’t know the future. Don’t let situations push you into doing certain things. We’ve all made mistakes in life. What you do now can affect your future so be careful,” she advised
