The head pastor of the Assemblies of God church Sege in the Greater Accra region Rev Dr Sampson Agbemabiese has pledged to be a dedicated advocate for the Greater Accra region if elected as a member of the Council of State.
Speaking to journalists on Sunday, February 9th, 2025, he assured the people of the Greater Accra region that he would use his position to push for key issues that are major concern to the region
“As a pastor and someone who is very energetic, I will use my experience and diplomacy to lobby for development in the region if elected by the assembly members.
Rev Dr. Sampson Agbemabiese further expressed his commitment to fostering a harmonious working relationship among the region’s 34 Metropolitan, Municipal, and district assemblies (MMDAs), ensuring effective governance and accelerating progress.
His candidacy adds to the growing interest in the Council of State elections, where representatives from various regions are voted into office to advise the president on national matters.
Beyond his role as the head pastor Rev Dr Sampson Agbemabiese is a councilor, An Electrical Engineer, and also a philanthropist,
He holds a doctorate in Theology, a product of Central University (Ghana).
Rev Dr. S.K Agbemabiese’s rich background in Leadership makes him a stronger candidate for the Council of State, promising effective representation and relentless pursuit for the Greater Accra region.
