Afua’s hopes for a triumphant achievement in the Guinness World Records have been dashed as her attempt at the longest singing marathon has been disqualified.

Despite high expectations from her fellow Ghanaians, the outcome was not in her favor.

Guinness World Records announced the disheartening news on X, revealing that Afua’s effort fell short of the required standards for the record. Despite the setback, there remains optimism that Afua will regroup and make another attempt in the future.

The announcement came after an extensive review process, during which Afua had requested expedited service, which was not granted.
