Ghana’s unicyclist Trey Huan has won a gold medal at the 2024 Unicycle World Championships.

Trey finished first in the Stillstand event to claim his first-ever gold medal at the championship.
He added another medal in the 30m Wheelwalk event, finishing third and thus winning a bronze medal.
Trey competed in two additional events at the championship, including Flatland and X-Style.

He qualified for the Flatland final after recording the third-highest points and is also set to compete in the X-Style semi-finals.

Trey Huan has taken his medal haul to four in total at the Unicycle World Championships after winning two medals in the last edition in 2022.

Trey was born in the US, but he grew up in Ghana after his parents relocated to the West African country.

He is the first Ghanaian to compete in the Unicycle World Championships.
