Ghanaian start-up and innovation ecosystem builder Kekeli Yaw Dorkenoo has been crowned the winner of the Youth Ecosystem Champion Builder of the Year category at the Africa Start-up Ecosystem Builders (ASEB) Awards 2024.
Dorkenoo, who emerged as a Top 5 Finalist for Africa in the category last September, was announced the winner yesterday during the ASEB Summit and Awards Night held at the Ennovate Blck Hub in Accra, Ghana.
Dorkenoo, the founder of Keldork Global Innovations, represented Ghana in a competitive category that featured nominees from across the continent, including Kodjo Maligbe Ayedjenou from Togo, Basiru Jaye from The Gambia, Louis Kirande from Uganda, and Katlego George Kgopopotse from South Africa.

The ASEB Summit and Awards took place from October 1st to 4th, 2024, at the Accra International Conference Centre (AICC) as part of the Ghana Digital Innovation Week 2024 celebration.
The summit brought together leading start-up ecosystem builders, innovators, and industry experts from across Africa to celebrate excellence in start-up development and highlight contributions to the innovation ecosystem.
