The Minister of Education, Dr. Yaw Osei Adutwum has announced that Ghana will begin online high school for the first time, next academic year.

According to him, this initiative is part of ways of transforming Ghana’s Education System through the Centre for Distance Learning and Open Schooling.

Speaking on the state of education, Dr Adutwum revealed that people that had been left behind can enroll online and go through high school and get their certificate.

The Ministry of Education will also launch the Ministry of Education Television station next month.
