Event Vendors Association of Ghana (EVAG) has successfully launched and inaugurated their executives at the East Gardens, East Legon on Sunday 11th June 2023.
EVAG, an association for event vendors and organizers is set to promote and encourage the highest level of ethics within the events organizing and management industry while maintaining the highest standard of professionalism.
They also strive for excellence in professionalism by consistently performing acceptable or above industry standards. Whiles they use appropriate legal and ethical methods in resolving issues, negotiations, and activities.
Speaking at the inauguration, the President of the Association Mrs. Kate Hassan who is a top player in the event industry said that the Association is open to all event vendors, and suppliers who are engaged in the event management business and can be full members while students who have just graduated from master classes or apprenticeship can also join as associate members.
She added that event planners, decorators, coordinators, rental services, caterers, Bakers, MCs, Disc-Jockeys, graphics, photo and video graphics designers, makeup artists, hair stylists, and others can all join.
With over 15 years of experience, Mrs. Kate Hassan emphasized that to enhance the quality of work of their members, they will place a premium on training and mentorship.

She added the inauguration of the Executives of Ghana Event Vendors signifies a milestone for EVAG and the event industry in Ghana. With its focus on adaptability and implementation, the new executives promise to equip industry professionals with the necessary skills and knowledge to navigate an ever-changing landscape successfully.
