Breaking the cycle of poverty, the Ayal Foundation proudly enrolled its first beneficiary in the Single Teenage Mother Initiative.
The beneficiary, Saudatu Kassim, an 18-year-old single mother from the small town of Ofabir in the Ajumako Enyan Essiam District, is determined to become a skilled fashion designer. The enrollment ceremony took place on Friday, November 17, 2023, in Mankessim, Central Region.
Saudatu Kassim expressed her joy about this life-changing opportunity, stating her firm commitment to completing the three-year apprenticeship journey to realize her dream of becoming a fashion designer.
“I am happy about the enrollment and determined to finish the three-year journey of apprenticeship to be a Fashion Designer,” shared Saudatu. Grateful for the opportunity, she emphasized her willingness to put in every effort required to turn her dreams into reality.
