The award category was fiercely contested by Ashanti African Tours, Party Crew, and Hausa Tours, which recognized excellence in the tourism sector, marking Ashanti African Tours as the leader in this year’s lineup.
The National Tourism Awards featured a total of 38 accolades, including 29 Competitive Awards, 7 Honorary Awards, and 2 Special Mention Awards. The Honorary Award highlights individuals and organizations for outstanding contributions to Ghana’s tourism industry.
Established in 1997, the awards aim to recognize and reward significant contributions to the tourism sector, raising service delivery standards and promoting healthy competition. The event welcomed around 350 guests, including industry professionals from hotels, travel agencies, and car rental services, all committed to enhancing Ghana’s reputation as a prime tourist destination.
