During a live broadcast on Wednesday, November 27, an unidentified group of armed individuals stormed Metro TV’s morning show “Good Morning Ghana” in Accra.
A staff member of the station, who confirmed the invasion claimed that about ten officers were on the premises.
The station’s Morning Host, Dr. Randy Abbey, confronted the officers, who were dressed in what appeared to be police uniforms.
A staff member informed Myjoyonline that approximately ten officers were present on the scene. When questioned about their intentions, the officers indicated they were searching for a specific individual. The exchange between Dr. Abbey and the officers quickly became heated and was captured in a video, highlighting the tense atmosphere within the station.
