Accra Hearts of Oak defender Caleb Amankwaa’s skillful goal against Bechem United 2-1 helped the Phoebeans lift the 2021/22 MTN FA CUP trophy at Baba Yara Sports Stadium.

The match was organized during the the weakend, Sunday,26June,2022 which grabbed massive spectators on stadium.
Last night victory clapped a successfully defence of the Silverware, won last season.
The Phoebeans had a good start over Bechem United until Augustine Okran threatened for opener but his solo run was successful saved by skillful goalkeeper Richmond Ayi.
The first 15 minutes ended with no scores for both sides.

Bechem United after battling with the Oaks found back of the net in a minute to the first half by Emmanuel Avornyo

Few minutes later, the Oaks pulled the ladder through Caleb Amankwaa making the first half performance a boisterous one.
Early part of the second half was less pressurize till a ball hit the back of the net in the 59/60th minutes prompt by Daniel Afriyie Barnieh of Accra Hearts of Oak beating Bechem to retain the MTN FA CUP this year.
